Rates are quoted and charged in NZD inclusive of GST at the current rate. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.

To make a booking you must either pay in full by a legally held valid credit or charge card. The full accommodation and package value will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. A transaction fee of 2.0% applies to all transactions.  In the event that we cannot debit the value from your card then such reservation shall be null and void. Full refunds are available 48 hours prior to your booking, after that there are no refunds.

To cancel your booking please email reception@wellesleyboutiquehotel.co.nz directly quoting the booking reference number issued with your confirmation.  The hotel is in a totally smoke-free building. Smoking within the building will attract a $500.00 cleaning charge.  Any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure. Excessive cleaning over and above normal requirements may force the hotel to pass this cost on.  Guests may be charged for causing accidental or deliberate or loss of property whilst in their use/occupancy
