Rates are quoted and charged in NZD inclusive of GST at the current rate. Alternative currency rates are indicative only, are based on current exchange rates and are subject to fluctuation. Rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration.
Packages and certain periods may be subject to minimum stay requirements. To make a booking you must either pay in full by EFTPOS, or direct credit to our bank account 01 0505 0415017 00 (Swiftcode ANZBNZ22) or enter the details of a legally held valid credit or charge card. The full accommodation and package value will be charged to your credit card at the time of booking. A transaction fee of 2.0% applies to credit card payments if using Visa or MasterCard, The website does not support American Express but we accept it at the hotel. If you wish to pay with American Express please call reception.
In event that we cannot debit the value from your card then such reservation shall be null and void. Full refunds are available for changes outside 30 days prior to check-in. Inside 30 days 80% of the booking value will be refunded unless cancelled within 48-hours when no refund will be payable.
To cancel your booking please email firstname.lastname@example.org directly quoting the booking reference number issued with your confirmation.
The hotel is in a totally smokefree building. Smoking within the building will attract a $500.00 cleaning charge.
Any additional costs incurred shall be paid prior to departure. Excessive cleaning over and above normal requirements may force the hotel to pass this cost on.
Guests may be charged for causing accidental or deliberate or loss of property whilst in their use/occupancy

The Hotel reserves the right to vary room tariffs up to three months prior to arrival date.
